Is it compatible with all Apple devices?
This station supports iPhone 12 and later models, Apple Watch Series 2 and later models, and AirPods that support wireless charging (excluding the 1‑generation AirPods).
What does the indicator light status mean?
1. Power-on status: Three green lights illuminate once, then turn off.
2. Standby: No indicator light displayed.
3. Charging status: Green light stays on for 30 seconds, then turns off.
4. Full charge status: No indicator lights displayed.
Why can't AirPods be charged at the charging station?
There are two versions of AirPods: one supports wired charging only, and the other supports wireless charging. Please first confirm whether your AirPods support wireless charging.
Why can't my phone charge at the charging station when it has a phone case on?
When charging your phone, please avoid using a thick protective case (>4mm). Additionally, do not place any magnetic or metal attachments inside the case, as they will prevent charging.
