Why can't AirPods be charged at the charging station?
There are two versions of AirPods: one supports wired charging only, and the other supports wireless charging. Please first confirm whether your AirPods support wireless charging.
Why can't my phone charge at the charging station when it has a phone case on?
When charging your phone, please avoid using a thick protective case (>3mm). Additionally, do not place any magnetic or metal attachments inside the case, as they will prevent charging.
