For Customers in the European Union (including Germany) — Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)
If you are located in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) received the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) to:

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal: If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back.
You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal (pursuant to § 312g Abs. 2 BGB / EU Consumer Rights Directive Art. 16):
- Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery
- Goods which are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other items
For All Customers — General Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy for customers outside the EU. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility: Your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with original tags and packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to start a return: Contact us at support@geekera.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs:
- If the return is due to a defect, damage, or our error: we will cover return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to change of mind: return shipping is at the customer's expense.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items and gift cards
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 14 days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
